Scott A. Turpin, M.D.
Psychiatrist & Medical Director Dr. Turpin has over 30 years of experience in adult psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. After receiving an undergraduate degree in basic engineering from Princeton University, Dr. Turpin earned a medical degree and completed a residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas, Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry.

John T. Hackett, M.D.
Founder Dr. Hackett founded CPT in 1995 to treat and evaluate the severely mentally disabled. After receiving an undergraduate degree in chemistry at the University of Detroit, Dr. Hackett earned a medical degree at the University of Monterrey, Institute of Health Sciences, completed a 5th Pathway Clerkship at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, and studied psychiatry in his residency at the University of California San Francisco at Fresno.
