California Psychiatric Transitions (CPT) has four different mental health programs divided by severity of diagnoses: Main Unit, Re-Entry Unit, Diversion Unit, and Disruptive Behavioral Unit. Each program is highly structured and offers a variety of services to generate insight, promote recovery, and integrate back into the community.
Residents are assigned to an in-house psychiatrist that manage residents’ progress through consistent medication management, group therapy sessions, and individual therapy sessions. The staff psychiatrists and family nurse practitioner are on call 24/7 to address any immediate needs of the resident.
